LOGLINE/SYNOPSIS
In this one-hour, dramatic, historical fiction, limited series inspired by real-life events, two immigrant women in NYC Lower East Side in 1902 take on the nation's powerful business monopoly - the Beef Trust, and win. This three-week event not only changes their lives but the course of US history, including giving a voice to women suffering from oppressive patriarchy. A powerful Bechdel and Four Quadrant series, Boycott is the single most important female social activist story that's never been told.

Apart from the TV Series, with a spinoff pitch already written, "Boycott" has also been envisioned as a Hamilton-Style Hip Hop Musical Stage play, with six songs and 60+ minutes of music written and produced.
The storylines of the seven children in the show, ages 8 - 17, all play a significant role. Their characters' subplots contribute significantly to the series's broad appeal and emotional resonance, as each child emerges a hero in their own right.
